Return and Refund Policy Overview

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
• Products must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• Final Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Reporting Damages

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
• Combined returns are not permitted (each return request must be processed separately).
